  • Orders for products/services can be cancelled within 45 days of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed, shipped, or installed.
  • Once the product/service is in process, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  1. Refunds
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 working days after approval.
  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • The product/service was not delivered as described.
    • The product received is defective or damaged on arrival (must be reported within 7 days).
  • Installation/service charges, customization, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. No-Refund Cases
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after product/service delivery.
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
