This system is designed to run the re-circulation pump only when need is required, thus saving both water and energy.

The Unitemp demand controller uses smart sensing technology to measure temperature to turn the pump On/Off.  In many large hotels, apartment buildings, Villas.  Unitemp may use for an half an hour per day or less, compared to 24/7 cycle of conventional pumps.

The Thermo sensor, Cyclic Timer & Real Time based Unitemp controller combination is designed to cycle the circulation during peak demand periods, The Timer switches ON, sending power to the temperature controlling unit.
